Ubeba Limited — Natural ube powder (sold in 100g pouches), made from real purple yam (and sourced from the Philippines) — a tra­di­tion­al root veget­able beloved in Filipino cuisine. Our ube powder is care­fully cooked, dried and milled to pre­serve its nat­ur­al vibrant col­our, mild sweet and nutty fla­vour   and ver­sat­ile cook­ing properties.
